Due Diligence Statement (DDS) EUDR – TRACES Support
Structured support for preparing and validating EUDR Due Diligence Statements.
What we are providing
Under the EUDR, operators must submit a Due Diligence Statement through the EU Information System (TRACES) before placing products on the EU market. INTEGRAC supports operators in preparing the DDS by ensuring that all required information is complete, consistent and validated against the underlying due diligence file.
What this service includes:
Preparation and validation of DDS information prior to entry into TRACES
Alignment of DDS fields with traceability, deforestation-free and legality records
Consistency checks between the DDS and the underlying due diligence documentation
Secure retention of the full due diligence file supporting the submitted DDS
Support in responding to follow-up requests from national competent authorities related to the DDS
How we work
INTEGRAC acts as a validation and structuring layer between the operator’s due diligence file and TRACES.
While only the required fields are entered into the EU system, we ensure that the complete supporting evidence is properly organised, retained and ready to be provided if requested by a national competent authority. Our role is to support accuracy, consistency and defensibility — not to replace the operator’s legal responsibility.
