We provides integrated services to support operators, traders, an Non EU exporters across the full EUDR due diligence process — from traceability and risk assessment to Due Diligence Statements.
EUDR Import Traceability
Under the EUDR, operators must collect and retain specific information that allows each imported product to be clearly identified and linked to its origin and supply chain. INTEGRAC supports operators by structuring traceability information required under Article 9, whether data comes from existing traceability systems or directly from suppliers with no digital systems in place.
Deforestation-Free Product (EUDR)
Under the EUDR, operators must demonstrate that products placed on the EU market are deforestation-free, meaning they are not associated with deforestation after 31 December 2020. INTEGRAC supports operators by structuring and managing the deforestation-free component of due diligence, integrating geolocation data, land-use analysis, risk assessment and documented mitigation measures into one coherent process per import.
Legally Produced Product (EUDR)
Under the EUDR, operators must demonstrate that products placed on the EU market are legally produced in accordance with the applicable legislation of the country of production. INTEGRAC supports operators by structuring, organising and managing the legality-related information required for this assessment as part of the due diligence process.
Due Diligence Statement (DDS) & TRACES Support
Under the EUDR, operators must submit a Due Diligence Statement through the EU Information System (TRACES) before placing products on the EU market. INTEGRAC supports operators in preparing the DDS by ensuring that all required information is complete, consistent and validated against the underlying due diligence file.
Authorized Representative (EUDR)
Under the EUDR, operators established outside the European Union must appoint an Authorized Representative established within the EU. INTEGRAC provides this role, acting as the designated point of contact for national competent authorities in relation to EUDR due diligence obligations.
