Authorized Representative (EUDR)

EU-based representation in line with EUDR requirements.

What we are providing

Under the EUDR, operators that are not established in the European Union must appoint an Authorized Representative established within the EU. The Authorized Representative acts as the designated contact point for national competent authorities in relation to the operator’s due diligence obligations.

INTEGRAC provides this role, supporting non-EU operators by ensuring regulatory continuity, availability and structured access to the due diligence information required under the Regulation.

How we work

As Authorized Representative, INTEGRAC operates strictly within the scope defined by the EUDR. We do not replace the operator’s legal responsibility or decision-making role.

Instead, we ensure that national competent authorities have a reliable EU-based counterpart and timely access to the due diligence information required, supported by a structured and well-organised due diligence file.
